## Telephony

Telephony is a channel that allows you to make and receive calls using a phone number.

## WhatsApp Business Calls

WhatsApp Business Calls is a channel that allows customers and businesses to make and receive calls using a WhatsApp number.

## Web Widget

The Web Widget is a channel that allows customers to make and receive calls using a web browser based on the proactive or reactive approach.

## Conference Calls

Conference Calls is a channel that allows you to make and receive calls using a conference call service. Example: Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
